Orders
We take an order in writing, by phone or by mail at any time and we consider it binding for three months upon receipt. You will get informed if we cannot deliver those goods during that time. In that case you have a full right of withdrawal from the order. If you do not require an ordered article anymore, we demand the cancellation in written form.
Prices
You have to ask for binding prices of the spare parts in writing or by phone. Repairs are only made cash down. In case of major orders we ask for paying a deposit in the amount of 25% of the expected invoice final amount. Repaired motorcycles may be kept for free in our shop for 28 days after having informed you about the completion. Subsequently we collect fees in amount of € 1.50 per diem for keeping the motorcycle.
Delivery costs
For postage/packing we charge € 8,-. There could be additional costs depending on the mail charges and expenses for packing. Surcharges for bulky goods, special delivery item etc. will be charged separately. Shipments with a weight over 32 kg will be send not prepaid by train. The delivery of orders with a value of goods beyond € 119,- is for free
for normal customers. All deliveries are sent C.O.D. if it is not arranged another way.
Exchange
We exchange wrongly delivered spare parts during one week on presentation of the invoice. A request of return by phone is sufficient to adhere the return time-limit. Returns have to be stamped absolutely. That’s why we ask you urgently for checking the goods immediately after receipt. Second-hand articles are excluded of the exchange. Those articles you send back we credit for you. The goods remain property of the company “GLM-Motorräder” until full payment. Place of jurisdiction on both sides is Elze/Leine.
Risk of transport
All shipments are for account and at the risk of the purchaser. Indemnity for parcels which got lost or damaged during the transport is not provided by GLM-Motorräder. Contents and invoice of the consignment are classified as consistent, if the purchaser does not claim a discrepancy by means of notification of defects not later than one week upon receipt of the delivery.
